Resellers and credit

Resellers (Resellers > Manage Resellers) are partners who sell your subscriptions. They sign in to Mintrix with their own account, manage their own subscribers and pay for each activation with credit points.

Reseller	Has its own subscribers and devices, a credit balance and a device limit. It can create sub-resellers and pass them credit
Sub-reseller	Belongs to a reseller. It has its own subscribers and credit but no sub-resellers of its own

You see every reseller and sub-reseller; each of them sees only what belongs to it, and a reseller sees its sub-resellers too.

Credit

Credit is counted in whole points. Every movement is recorded with the balance after it, and a balance can never go below zero.

Topped up	Points bought from you are added to the balance; under Provisions each top-up has its invoice
Spent	Adding or renewing a device charges its plan's price to the device's reseller
Passed on	A reseller can move points from its own balance to one of its sub-resellers
Corrected	Administrators can add, deduct or correct points, each with a note

Without enough points an activation or renewal is refused before anything changes. Remind your resellers to keep enough credit for the renewals coming up.

Device limit

Max devices caps how many devices a reseller may have, counting its sub-resellers' devices. A sub-reseller is held to its own limit and its reseller's. 0 means no limit.

Deleting a reseller archives it: it can no longer sign in, its Ministra record is kept, and it can be restored later.

Logs, invoices and payments

• Reseller Logs shows every change to reseller accounts and what resellers did themselves, by whom and from which IP address, filtered by reseller, action and dates.
• Credit sold to resellers is invoiced under Provisions, where the payments against each invoice are recorded.

What a reseller may do in the panel is set by its group's permissions (Settings > User Groups). Send to box is for administrators only.
