First sign-in

1. Open https://<your domain> (or http:// if you installed with --http).
2. Sign in as administrator with the password password.
3. Change the password and the account's email.
4. Set up outgoing email in /opt/mintrix/.env (MAIL_*, see Settings) so password resets work.
5. Optionally limit where administrators may sign in from with IP_WHITELIST.
