Every address is on the edge: http://<domain>:8080, https://<domain>:8443 with a certificate, or https://<domain> behind a reverse proxy. Each needs ?token= unless the channel is public. See Who may watch.

Paths the server keeps for itself are never a channel's slug: vod, ll, dvr, rec, auth, thumbs, v1, api, healthz, metrics.
